Shipping & returns

Printed to order, shipped in the US

Everything here describes what we do today. When we can promise more, we will say so here first.

Shipping

  • Where: US addresses only for printed cards. The digital file is delivered on your order page, anywhere.
  • Cost: standard shipping is free. Priority and Fastest shipping are optional upgrades, priced at checkout.
  • Printing: each box is printed to order in the US after you pay, then posted by standard post, or by the faster option you chose at checkout.
  • How long: our own test orders took about a week from order to doorstep. We do not yet promise delivery dates. Once we have shipped enough orders to stand behind a holiday order-by date, it will be published here and on the order page.
  • Tracking: we email you when your order is confirmed, and again with tracking when your cards ship. Questions about a shipment go to support@illustratedpet.com with your order reference.

Returns and problems

  • Orders are final once placed: every order goes to print as soon as it is placed, so it cannot be cancelled or changed after checkout, and we do not take change-of-mind returns. A custom card set cannot be resold. This is why you see the finished card, inside and out, before you pay.
  • Misprinted or damaged: email support@illustratedpet.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the problem, and we will send you a free replacement.
  • Lost in the post: if your order has not arrived 14 days after your shipping email, tell us (within 30 days of that email) and we will send you a free replacement.
  • Refunds: if a replacement cannot put it right, we refund the order to the card you paid with.
  • Digital files: final once delivered. If something is wrong with the file itself, email us and we will fix it or send it again.

Your order page

The link in your confirmation email opens your order page: what you bought, your download links if you added the file, and where to reach us. Download links last seven days; reopening the page issues fresh ones.
